A dark and intense colour is a mysterious door into this wine. Yet aroma is lifted with violettes and white pepper. The palate is medium bodied and the tannins are fine and soft. Winemaker Remi Guise's take on Shiraz is both a homage to his homeland in South Africa and a leading light in terms of where Australian Shiraz/Syrah is heading stylistically. Remi's wines are hand crafted with minimal intervention.
