From the Gauby family, biodynamic and organic pioneers, in the Roussillon region of France. They are located in the little village of Calce, near the border with Spain. They make some of the most interesting and unique wines in France.
This is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, Macabeu and Vermentino. Wild fermented and aged without out. The fruit is intense and with body whilst also being fresh and clean.
