This dry, organic Garganega white wine is grown on limestone soil at 200-250 meters. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently crushed. After a short skin maceration, the must is cold-fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine then ages on its lees for three months before being bottled for an additional three months. It has a bright, straw-yellow color with green rims. The aroma is tangy citrus, grapefruit, and green apple, with notes of fresh-cut melon. The taste is clean and fruity, with fresh savory notes that complement the fruit.
