"Picked on the 6th April this was allowed to ferment naturally with wild yeast. Ten percent left as whole bunches and a total of eighteen days on skins before being pressed to oak with twenty five percent new.
As with all of the “Heroes” wines there were no winemaking additions except for sulphur, so this is the truest and most honest representation of our vineyard’s terroir that we can give. Low yielding and organically grown. 13% alc. 90 Dozen made."
