Full body white with lovely texture and aromas of banana skins and citrus. It's made out of lesser-known grapes Aligoté. Grown in the deep volcanic soils of Whitfield in the King Valley. Handpicked, crushed and pressed straight to a stainless steel tank for natural fermentation on full solids. Aligoté often misunderstood it’s an age-worthy variety that can be cellared for a decade and more. A rare and excellent example of this Burgundian favourite.
"Expect to see citrus, alpine herbs, and a saline/brininess that is derived from the iron-rich ancient volcanic soils." - Terrason
